General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General Provisions
By navigating this site, you access KAÌGIO SHOP (www.kaìgioshop.com). Browsing and submitting a purchase order on the site imply your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Data Protection Policies adopted by the site.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to the sale of products purchased on the Kaìgio Shop website, in compliance with Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/05, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/14 and Legislative Decree 70/03).
You must read these Terms and Conditions before accessing the products offered by the site, as they are considered accepted upon purchase.
Please download and print a copy of your order form and these Terms and Conditions, which Kaìgio Shop may modify unilaterally and without notice.

2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products. They do not apply to the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties featured on the same site via links, banners, or hyperlinks.
Before ordering products or services from any such third party, you should review their terms of sale.
3. Formation of the Contract
To finalize a purchase contract, you must complete the order form—including name, surname, city, postal code, telephone number, and email—and submit it following the provided instructions.
The form includes references to these Terms and Conditions, images and prices of each product, available payment methods, shipping options and costs, and information on the right of withdrawal, including return procedures and deadlines.
Before concluding the contract, you will be prompted to confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions (including the withdrawal policy and privacy provisions).
The contract is concluded when the seller receives your correctly completed name, surname, city, postal code, telephone number, and email.
Payment becomes due when you complete the online ordering process by clicking “Pay Now.”
Once the contract is concluded, the seller processes the order for fulfillment.
4. Registered Users
When registering, you must follow the site’s instructions and provide accurate and truthful personal data.
Kaìgio Shop is not responsible for any incorrect data provided by users. You agree to promptly update Kaìgio Shop with any changes to your personal information.
If you provide incorrect or incomplete data, or if there are disputes regarding payments, Kaìgio Shop may refuse to activate or suspend your account until the issues are resolved.
Upon account activation, Kaìgio Shop will provide you with a username and password. These credentials validate your access and identify your actions as binding. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and protecting them from third parties.
5. Product Availability
Product availability refers to stock at the time of your order and is for reference only, since simultaneous access by multiple users may lead to items being sold out before order confirmation.
Even after an order confirmation email, some or all items may become unavailable. In that case, the order will be automatically updated to remove unavailable items, and you will be notified by email.
If you choose to cancel the order, Kaìgio Shop will refund the paid amount within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

7. Prices and Payment Methods
Product prices are those listed on the site, unless there is an obvious error. In the event of a pricing error, Kaìgio Shop will inform you as soon as possible, allowing you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. Kaìgio Shop is under no obligation to supply items at erroneously low prices.
Site prices include VAT but exclude shipping fees. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.
Select your products, add them to the cart, and follow the purchase process—order details can be modified before payment.
Accepted payment methods: credit card or PostePay. Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
8. Delivery
Kaìgio Shop ships throughout Italy. For other destinations, please contact us via Instagram @kaìgio.shop.
Delivery is made to the address you provided (name, surname, city, postal code, telephone number, email) by the date indicated at checkout—or, if no date is given, within the estimated timeframe, and in any case no later than 30 days from order confirmation.
If delivery is not possible, your order will be taken to the courier depot, and you will be notified of its location and how to arrange redelivery.
If you are unavailable for delivery at the agreed time, please contact us to reschedule.
If delivery cannot take place for reasons beyond our control within 10 days of your order being available for delivery, we will assume you wish to cancel the contract.
In such cases, you will be refunded the full amount, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs you may have selected), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of contract cancellation. Return shipping costs may apply and will be your responsibility.
Shipping costs are highlighted at the time of ordering and are your responsibility.
9. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership is transferred once full payment—including shipping—has been received, or upon delivery if it occurs later.
10. Warranty and Commercial Compliance
The seller is responsible for any defects in products according to Italian law.
Consumers (natural persons purchasing for non-business purposes) benefit from a 24-month warranty from delivery date. Complaints about defects must be made within 2 months of discovering the defect and by correctly completing the online return form.
In case of non-conformity, consumers are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced at no cost, or receive a fair price reduction, or cancel the contract and receive a refund.
Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by the seller.
11. Data Processing
As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal data through your interactions with our site, including via cookies and similar technologies. We may share data with third parties, including advertising partners, to provide more relevant ads and other purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Depending on your location, such data sharing may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under U.S. privacy laws. You may have the right to opt out of these activities—please follow the instructions below.
